Hi, this is Dash and this is my story,
When I was young, my dad had the privilege to upgrade from a HDB to eventually a terrace house. However his business went bad, being the sole bread winner he had to right size and luckily for him he was able to cash out a fair bit from his landed to ensure the survival of my family. He has told me this story multiple times growing up and it has inspired me to assist families & individual to put them in a advantageous position, hoping they have the privilege to cash out, be it for retirement or to ensure cash flow for their families.
My goal in real estate is to educate families & individuals on how to navigate the real estate market, to guide them to make the right choices and deter them from straying away from financial prudency! I serve a good mix of HDB upgraders, retirees, Condo upgraders and landed owners, for their own stay purposes and for investment properties and most of them did show their gratitude on our google reviews, mostly stating that they are thankful we were there to navigate through the processes of their transaction.

My initial decision of joining Real Estate was actually to provide for my family. Being self-employed means that we get to manage our time and set our schedule, which gives me the flexibility to spend more time with my loved ones. However, after getting into Real Estate, I had the chance to meet people from all walks of life; I'm honoured to be the one who handles my client's biggest asset in their lives. The trust and opportunities given is what drives me to give my best to each and every one whom seek real estate advice from me. I hope that i'm able to highlight the risks that involves real estate, be it procedure wise or market advice to all my clients and friends.
I mainly serve private condominium purchasers, an even mix for investors and clients looking for a forever home. I of course do serve HDB owners/buyers and landed clientele as well and I have also assisted multiple families that are looking to expand their portfolio, 1 memorable case was a client that owned a resale 5rm HDB and within the short course of 6 months we expanded their portfolio to owning 1 3 bedder resale condominium + a investment PTE unit in the city fringe!
