Hi, this is Dash and this is my story, When I was young, my dad had the privilege to upgrade from a HDB to eventually a terrace house. However his business went bad, being the sole bread winner he had to right size and luckily for him he was able to cash out a fair bit from his landed to ensure the survival of my family. He has told me this story multiple times growing up and it has inspired me to assist families & individual to put them in a advantageous position, hoping they have the privilege to cash out, be it for retirement or to ensure cash flow for their families.
